Psalms 73:26

"My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever."

When I am anxious, tired and discouraged, I am reassured by the promises of God. I rest in those promises and arise to a new day remembering that I am sustained not by bread but by the word of God. Then I feel secure.
